UNIT 1: MODULE Personal Investigation that includes a portfolio of practical work and a written study of 4000 words. 
- WORTH 60% OF COURSE

FORMAT: Portfolio and essay produced during course

UNIT 2: MODULE Externally set task (EXAM)
-WORTH 40% OF COURSE

FORMAT: External exam: 15 hours


Assessment objectives: 
AO1: Research artists and photographers
AO2: Selecting materials and planning 
A03: Reflecting on outcomes/experiments
AO4: Presenting final piece

  Aperture Exposure - amount of light on a photo.  Aperture is a hole in the lens which lets light travel into the camera to reach the sensor.  Large pupil size equals large aperture, while small pupil size equals small aperture. Larger number equals smaller iris  Smaller number equals bigger iris

CAST Doncastrian Chalk Circle (first blogger post)

 Over the Summer holidays, I spent 8 weeks rehearsing for 4 bank holiday weekend performances at CAST theatre. The title of the play is the Doncastrian Chalk Circle, a re-written version of the Caucasian Chalk Circle. This play was about justice, a young woman takes care of the queen's son that had been abandoned and raises him as her own. This play featured professional actors such as Daisy-Ann Fletcher, Johnny Partridge and Benjamin Armstrong. We had over 70 community actors including myself and it was my first ever big-scale production.
